Eleni
Ethically working for many years in her family business Eleni has learnt to understand the importance of trust and respect, whether it be in a personal or business relationship.
Eleni has been in the real estate industry for 4 years now, starting off as property manager, then moving on to a leasing agent and BDM at a reputable agency to currently Director and Officer in Effective Control at Nadder Real Estate. There is nothing holding Eleni back from a successful outcome, her aim is to achieve greatness for all her clients and business partners.
Establishing a portfolio that includes hundreds of properties all of which receive the same level of care and attention, Eleni always presents a high level of compassion and understanding when working with rental providers and investors. Her open and honest approach constantly attracts the best results for her clients. Every property holds value and Eleni assures this is in turn reflected as such.
Adnan
Adnan’s background in residential construction involved; Project managing from tender to handover, as a carpenter and senior manager for over 10 years. Adnan left the residential market and moved into the commercial construction environment managing multimillion-dollar projects both government based and in the private sector for over 5 years. Adnan’s commercial experience brought back to the residential market is a unique attribute.
Alongside his brothers, Adnan has directed and managed numerous building sites across Victoria simultaneously. Adnan is now adding a new branch to his tree of expertise - moving into the property market. Recently completing his certificate IV in Real Estate with the REIV he is now selling homes. The groundwork has been done many times, so for Adnan, selling and buying is the easy part.
With a friendly approach Adnan effortlessly connects with new vendors and buyers whilst maintaining a professional standard like no other. Adnan’s building experience in the real-estate market means that no detail of a properties value will be left without acknowledgment.
